Non - Notifiable Electrical Works

£40per hour

Electrical work not requiring notification to your Local Authority Building Control. New installations will be issued with the appropriate NAPIT certificate (Minor Works Certificate or Electrical Installation Certificate). Flat rate for all hours calculated to include travel time to and from your location.

Notifiable Electrical Works - Part P

£45 per hour

Electrical work requiring notification to your Local Authority Building Control. Includes inspection, testing and all required certification and notification procedures by NAPIT. Flat rate for all hours, calculated to include travel time to and from your location and admin time to process certification.

Electrical Full Day Rate (7.5 hours) - includes 5% discount

£250 - £320

If you have an installation, testing or a larger electrical task, why not take advantage of a whole days worth of help. (Higher rate for PART P NOTIFIABLE works)

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

£100 - £200

1 bedroom property = £100

2 bedroom property = £115

3 bedroom property = £130

4 bedroom property = £160

5 bedroom property = £200

*Property = Domestic flat, house or bungalow
